To make an online request for research assistance, please fill out the form below and submit it using the Pay button. The Wild Apricot online payment system will process your payment as a type of donation.  

Please provide the following information in the details box:  Details of your requests (background information about the research query, the book and pages/sections you would like copies of, the files you would like us to look up, etc.)

The fees are as follows:

• Research query -  $10
• Digital copies of books ($10 minimum charge.  Estimates provided on more than 10 pages.)
• File lookup - $10
