The CD Club
In order to take one the CDs or tapes home to use, a member must join the CD Club. The following procedure must be followed to check out CDs:
You must be a member of the San Mateo County Genealogical Society
When you join the SMCGS CD Club with a $30.00 deposit, you will be entitled to check out one CD or tape to use at home for up to 30 days. You may make a multiple deposit ($60.00, $90.00, etc.), which entitles you to check out more than one item. The deposit can be designated as a donation or it will be returned to you when you no longer wish to have checkout privileges.
When you become a member, have a Library Volunteer fill out a card to be filed in the CD club membership box.
CDs or tapes can only be checked out for 30 days.
